• We will do a walk-through of your home and discuss in detail what needs to be done and what services we can provide.

Decluttering & Organizing

• The first step to prepping your home is to declutter, depersonalize, and organize. Whatever the condition of your home, we can tackle it.

Packing

• We bring in packing materials, and for any items that need to be out of sight for staging, and that you will not need until you are in your new home, we can pack and label for you. This further prepares the home to be staged.

Staging

• We will utilize the furniture and items in your home, but will also bring in additional items to stage.

Contractor Referrals

• We have relationships with reliable contractors and can provide references for cleaning, painting, handy work, landscaping, etc.

Last Minute Staging

• Whether you are having an open house or just want to be ready for buyer walk-throughs, we can come in and do some last minute organizing and staging so your home is optimal and ready.

Unpacking & Organizing in Your New Home

• Once you are moved into your new home, we can unpack boxes for you and organize your items - bedroom, bathroom, closet, kitchen, pantry, basement, craft room, office, garage… we do it all.
